During the pre-release period for active topics, direct contact with the topic Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) may be permitted. If a TPOC name is displayed, you can click the hyperlinked TPOC name for contact information. Technical questions may also be submitted to TPOCs through this page by expanding the topic information and scrolling to the Questions & Answers section.
